Ultroser™ G血清替代品可以在細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基中成功替代FCS(胎牛血清)。Ultroser™ G血清替代品設(shè)計(jì)用于依賴貼壁細(xì)胞的體外培養(yǎng)。已在羊膜液細(xì)胞原代培養(yǎng)中測(cè)試過(guò)，旨在確認(rèn)其核型分析能力。Ultroser G血清替代品通過(guò)CE標(biāo)記注冊(cè)。

Ultroser™ G serum substitute can successfully replace FCS (fetal calf serum) in cell culture medium. It is designed for the in vitro culture of anchorage-dependent cells. It is specially tested as the primary culture from amniotic liquid cells and is designed to confirm their ability for karyotyping. Ultroser G serum substitute is CE mark-certified.
Ultroser G serum substitute has a concentration five times higher than fetal calf serum (2 % of reconstituted Ultroser G serum substitute is equivalent to 10%  fetal calf serum in the basal medium).
